The Service provides free IMEI and device information lookup for educational and verification purposes — for example, before buying or selling a used phone. Results are provided “as is” from third-party data sources and may not always be complete or current.

2. Permitted use

• Check devices you own or plan to purchase with the owner’s permission.
• Use results for personal, non-commercial verification.
• Respect rate limits and do not automate excessive requests (bots, scraping).

3. Prohibited use

• Using the Service for illegal activities, fraud, or harassment.
• Attempting to bypass security, overload servers, or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Clicking on advertisements fraudulently or encouraging others to do so.
• Republishing bulk lookup data without permission.

4. No warranty

Information displayed (model, warranty, SIM lock status, Find My, blacklist, etc.) is not guaranteed to be accurate. Always verify critical details with the manufacturer or carrier. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions based on our reports.

5. Intellectual property

The website design, logo, and original content belong to ABC UNLOCK. Apple, iPhone, and other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements (e.g. via Google AdSense). We are not responsible for the content of external ads or linked websites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC UNLOCK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. These Terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
